Job profile
- Bac+5 level, preferably with a specialization in finance or business strategy
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of professional experience, including: Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a function related to private equity or venture capital, in liaison with the world of SMEs in Africa (Cameroon): Investment charge , advice, etc.
- Other complementary experiences with a financial and/or strategic connotation: financing of SMEs in debt (bank or other financial organisations) support for SMEs (consultant or expert specializing in finance, management, strategy, etc.)
Main missions
- Active research and identification of investment opportunities consistent with the company’s strategy, in particular through the establishment of partnerships with stakeholders in the SME ecosystem in Cameroon;
- Review of business plans, in-depth financial analysis and development of legal arrangements for investment projects;
- Strategic, financial and in-depth analysis and diligence on the investment files under consideration;
- Drafting and presentation of investment notes to validation committees;
- Close monitoring and participation in the governance of SMEs in the portfolio;
- Representation of the company with partners or in a public relations role
- Gradual coordination and supervision of the work of the team’s investment officers

- Very good analytical, synthesis and writing skills;
- Mastery of financial and legal methods relating to capital investment;
