MAIN MISSION
Under the supervision of the CEO, the human resources manager takes care of all HR issues.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Be at least 25 years old;
- Hold at least BAC + 3 in human resources management or equivalent diploma;
- Have at least 1 year of proven experience in a similar position
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Internal and external recruitments
- Calculation of wages and allowances
- Staff management
- Programming and animation of training
QUALITIES
- Have a good physical presentation
- Good oral expression
- Have empathy and the ability to listen
- Have a lot of rigor and discipline in the organization of work;
- Know how to meet deadlines, be rigorous and precise;
- Know how to deal with emergency situations.

MAIN ACTIVITIES
Under the supervision of the CEO, you will be responsible for:
- Manage day-to-day recruitment operations
- Absence management
- Organization of employee working time
- Negotiation and social dialogue
- Organization and management of internal company events
- General coordination of human resources
