A company active in the field of public works and construction with a strong focus on road infrastructure in Central Africa is looking for its Human Resources Manager.
Duties :
- Ensure the recruitment of staff.
- Identify training needs.
- CNPS declarations.
- Prepare payslips.
- Management of staff and assignments.
- Legal knowledge.
Required profile :
- Master in Human Resources Management.
- 5 years minimum experience.
- Perfectly bilingual French / English.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Be honest and have integrity.
- Great relational qualities.
- Leadership.
- Federator.
- Be a perfect interface between management and staff.
- Reactivity.
- Availablity.
