Reporting to the Head of the Human Resources Department, your main activities will be:
Respond to all day-to-day HR issues, relying on the technical expertise of the skills centers (dedicated services) such as development wages. personnel administration, disciplinary
matters Provide daily support in the individual and collective management of Human Resources in the sector (recruitment, mobility, law;
Deploy, implement and guarantee the application of HR policies and tools in the field in compliance with labor law in close collaboration with the managers of the co HR centers,
Participate in the definition and implementation of the HR strategy, according to the objectives predefined by the management, while taking into account the specificities of the human capital of his Sector;
Support managers in transformation and reorganization of the sector;
Accompany and advise the managers of his unit in understanding human issues. managing and developing the skills of their teams;
Develop and analyze upstream with managers the means to implement to adapt the human resources of its sector to business needs;
Advise managers in relations with social partners. in connection with the HR skills centers, and ensure the application of social legislation in the areas of working conditions and safety
Participate in HR projects,
Intervene; in relation to the company’s Human Resources, different decision-making levels necessary to support the growth of the business: recruitment, integration, training, career management, succession plan, advice;
Detect and anticipate the HR needs of tcXlt Growth objectives by ensuring the well-being of employees on all HR levels;
Propose and set up training according to a defined budget_Profile

Higher education level Bac +3 minimum in Human Resources, Administration, Law, Management, Administration Or similar discipline;
You justify an experience of Without minimum of generalist in HRM;
Have great listening skills. [a sense of fairness and great self-control;
Expertise in the use of office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRM;
