Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
- personnel administration,
- Follow-up of social benefits and attendance control,
- Prepare and process payroll items,
- Monitoring of dashboards and performance indicators,
- Overtime management,
- Conflict management and guarantor of social dialogue,
- Suggestion of areas for improvement to top management,
- Monitoring health insurance,
- Management of claims in favor of employees, etc.
Skills / Requirements / Qualities
Ages required. 24-32 years old
01 years minimum in a similar position
Hold a license in HRM
and reside in Douala.
