ONE (01) HR DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT M/F (Ref. DRH0222)

Reporting to the Head of the Human Resources Department, your main activities will be to
develop and/or update dynamic human resources management tools;
Organize the flow of information to interlocutors external and internal to the division;
Set up and/or update dashboards to monitor activity and its coordination;
Organize internal recruitments/mobilities carried out within the operational departments;
Monitor the implementation of HR development policies;
Manage the process of evaluating the performance and potential of employees in collaboration with the HRBPs, the Head of the HR Department and the managers;
Manage assembly training and follow-up, sessions, assessment of the return on investment of training actions;
Follow the career management and staff mobility policy;
Organize and implement the integration of new recruits;
Participate in the development and updating of job descriptions
Participate in the
Analyze the qualifications of the workforce;
Participate in the drafting/updating of HR procedures;
Participate in the development of HR reporting and the social report
Follow the indicators relating to Saci ales data (Pyramid of ages, turnover, etc.)
Profile:
Higher education level Bac+3 minimum in Human Resources;
You justify an experience of at least years as a manager with significant achievements in HR development •
Master the fundamental concepts of HRM;
The ability to work in project mode is a plus;
Good knowledge of office tools;
Have interpersonal skills and a sense of service;
Customer-oriented and result-oriented, you have proven your ability to work independently and the difficulties of
having a spirit of initiative, analysis and synthesis;
Be proactive-
