Attached Supervisor (e) to the Head of the Human Resources Department, your main activities will be:
     Coordinate and manage all administrative procedures for the company’s workforce, applying social regulations in accordance with legal and regulatory provisions;
     Manage the relationship between external interlocutors ( administrations, social organisations, etc. and internal contacts (employees, staff representatives, general management, etc.);
     Carry out the administrative management of employees (recruitment, establishment of employment contracts, balance of any account, dismissals, absences, sick leave, etc.);
     Develop social dashboards (monitoring of employee activity: remuneration, holidays, absences, etc.) and ensure payment of monthly social charges;
     Manage the payroll, adapt the settings and ensure the update of the payroll software;
     Manage the administrative files of employees;
     Participate in the drafting/updating of HR procedures;
     Monitor workforce indicators;
     Consolidate the figures for the monthly social reporting, the social balance sheet, and the annual report,
     Participate in the management of staff discipline (drafting of requests for explanations, holding of disciplinary councils, sanctions, etc.);
     Monitor staff insurance and relations with the CNPS;
     Monitor relations with staff representative bodies (meetings, reports)
     Participate in the management of internal communication (drafting memos, press releases, briefing notes, posting,
Profile required:
     Higher education level Bac +3 minimum in Human Resources Management, Law, Management Sciences or similar discipline;
     Minimum 3 years of experience in HRM or in a similar position;
     Have a good foundation in Cameroonian labor law to deal with individual and collective issues;
     Mastering payroll management;
     Knowledge of payroll software is required;
     Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
     Rigor, organization and versatility;
     Relational ease and sense of negotiation;
     Sense of confidentiality and listening
     Excellent written and oral communication;
     Be responsive, have the ability to adapt.
