OMEGA PHI RH GROUP is looking for 01 HR and PAYROLL Assistant

Job location: Douala, CAMEROON

Reporting Line: Director of Human Resources

Main missions:

The HR Assistant is responsible for personnel management and the implementation of related procedures under the supervision of his line manager.

Missions and attributions:

  • Personnel Administration
  • Payroll management and preparation of payslips
  • Administrative follow-up of personnel files (drafting of employment contracts and preparation of end-of-contract documents, etc.)
  • Calculation of all account balances
  • Managing the incorporation of new resources
  • Writing disciplinary letters
  • Filing and physical and digital archiving of personnel files

Training and operational skills:

  • Minimum level Bac +3 in HRM, management-accounting, law
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Good foundation in Cameroonian labor law
  • Knowledge of SAGE PAIE software required
  • Knowledge of general human resources management procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work experience in a placement agency would be an asset
