FARM INDUSTRY Sarl is entering a phase of significant growth in its activity and it is for this reason that it is recruiting a hotel housekeeper who can manage, control and monitor the daily activity of all the maintenance and cleaning staff of the company. .

Specialized in the production, packaging, distribution of agricultural and livestock products, as well as several other related activities, FARM INDUSTRY Sarl is a healthcare and

agri-food whose particularity is found in fish products.


The housekeeper is above all a manager: she is in charge of a team whose little hands contribute greatly to the reputation and notoriety of the company.


The housekeeper is placed under the direct authority of the General Manager and in collaboration with the receptionist.
This position is based in Douala – Bonabéri .


  • Permanent contract with probationary period of 3 months renewable once.
  • End-of-year bonus based on results and performance


  • The main responsibility of the housekeeper is to ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel rooms, and for this, her tasks are many and varied.
  • First of all, she supervises the work of the chambermaids: she draws up the work schedule on the floors, checks the state of cleanliness of the rooms after they have been cleaned, checks the proper functioning of the sanitary and electrical installations and ensures that nothing is missing.
  • She also supervises the laundry team and ensures that the hotel’s linen, such as that entrusted by customers, is cleaned with quality and on time.
  • She is responsible for managing the stock of mini-bars and products used for the maintenance of the rooms and hallways on the floors.
  • Finally, it reports on the activity of floor staff directly to the hotel manager, and can be associated with the recruitment and training of this staff.


  • Minimum baccalaureate level +2 training in hospitality and catering
  • Be between 18 and 25 years old

  • Organized and diplomatic: the governess must make several teams work together and be obeyed;
  • Sense of responsibility, customer service and perfection;
  • Dedication to his profession: asserting his acute sense of responsibility and significant personal involvement.
