RECEPTION MANAGER – 4 STAR HOTEL, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are looking for a Reception Manager who will perform the following tasks:
Manage, supervise and control the work of the reception team
- Ensure the smooth running of the various reception shifts and compliance with the Group’s quality procedures/standards
- Ensure the interface with the various departments of the establishment
- Respond to customer complaints and requests
- Manage daily receipts and invoicing
- Monitor accounts receivable in coordination with management
- Oversee reservations

Desired skills :
- Professional experience as a Hotel Head Receptionist
- Experience with hotel reservation software, such as Hotel Soft de Barcles, HotelPro, Hotis, iPlan etc…
- Knowledge of how booking sites work, such as Booking and TripAdvisor
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A diploma in hotel management would be a plus
