We are looking for a Reception Manager who will perform the following tasks:

 Manage, supervise and control the work of the reception team

  • Ensure the smooth running of the various reception shifts and compliance with the Group’s quality procedures/standards
  • Ensure the interface with the various departments of the establishment
  • Respond to customer complaints and requests
  • Manage daily receipts and invoicing
  • Monitor accounts receivable in coordination with management
  • Oversee reservations

  Desired skills :

  • Professional experience as a Hotel Head Receptionist

  • Experience with hotel reservation software, such as Hotel Soft de Barcles, HotelPro, Hotis, iPlan etc…

  • Knowledge of how booking sites work, such as Booking and TripAdvisor

  • Customer service attitude

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • A diploma in hotel management would be a plus
