The SOFT hotel is looking for the needs of its services 01  Hotel Manager . 

Under the hierarchical authority of the President, the Hotel Manager is the direct hierarchical manager of the department heads of the establishment.

Job Description

1- Be the guarantor of the quality of service

The hotel benefits from an excellent level of service. By taking the management of this hotel you agree to maintain the level of quality of the service

2- Marketing / revenue management:

  • You master the different distribution channels and revenue management to improve the revpar.
  • You know how to animate social networks to give visibility to your establishment

3- Team management / transverse involvement:

  • You transmit the culture of excellence to employees through local, participative management. You support your employees towards their best level of skills and in their professional development. You ensure a good social climate.

4- Management:

  • You are the guarantor of the respect of the budgets and follow-up of the investments. You draw up those for the following year. You ensure the implementation and proper monitoring of network procedures.

5- Hygiene / Safety of people / Environment:

  • Ensures the application of legal, health and safety rules

Profile required:

  • Confirmed and successful experience in management and in the hotel industry (2 years minimum)
  • True participative manager close to clients and his teams
  • Quality orientation / customer experience
  • Knowledge of social legislation
  • Fluent English
  • Mastery of OTAs
  • Experience with hotel management software, such as Hotel Soft de Barcles, HotelPro, Hotis, iPlan etc…
