: HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT & FACTORY SAFETY MANAGER
Gozen service SARL is looking for one of its customers, a producer of building materials specializing in concrete, aggregates and cement, a Health, Safety, Environment & Security Manager – FACTORY on a permanent contract.
I. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Main Duties
- Audit health, safety, security & the environment;
- Ensure compliance with all standards and procedures;
- Provide all the statistics and performance of his unit;
- Advise plant management on all health, safety & environment aspects:
- Organize and train the staff of his unit on local and Group norms, procedures and standards.

II. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
a) Qualifications
- Be 30 years of age or older
- Engineering degree / HSE degree / HSE certification
- Have at least 5-7 years of practical work experience in the field
b) Skills
- Good knowledge of local and international HSE procedures
- Good knowledge of industry HSE standards
- Good knowledge of audit and control techniques
- Good knowledge in project management
- Good level of written and oral communication
- Good customer and results oriented attitude
- Very good sense of collaboration and team spirit
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Very good level in office computing
