Assignment : 

ASSIGNMENTS:

  • Management of staff careers (Recruitment of permanent and temporary staff; Completion of final staff hiring formalities; Management of staff trial periods – appointments – assignments – Leave – attendance management – Dismissals – dismissals – suspensions – on availability – resignations, etc.);
  • Payroll management;
  • Commitment of expenses related to staff costs;
  • Management of health insurance contracts, supplementary pensions;
  • Relations with social organizations (CNPS, Labor Inspectorate, Unions, staff representatives);
  • Collect from the main departments of the company (including general management) their expectations and needs on issues affecting human resources;
  • Monitor the evolution of the HR strategies of Establishments in the same sector of activity;
  • Keep abreast of social innovations, regulations and legislation;
  • Represent management and, where appropriate, negotiate with staff representative bodies, inform employees and unions of HR organizational projects;
  • Prepare appraisal reports and participate in staff appraisals.

Profile : 

  • Bac + 4/5 in Human Resources Management, Social Law, Sociology, Psychology;
  • Knowledge of Labor Law and Payroll Management;
  • Have a professional experience of at least 7 years in a similar position.
