Animate, support and participate in the smooth running and development of the departments by getting directly involved in all maintenance operations (installation, supply, quality control, sale, etc.) while ensuring the organization of the work of its team and customer satisfaction.
Your main tasks:
Reception, control and shelving of products
Management of the team of specialized salespeople (7/10 people),
Assist the head of department in his daily tasks,
Keeping the department, restocking, hygiene: you are responsible for the quality and freshness of the products as well as the cleanliness of the department,
Customer reception, advice, sales and loyalty,
The organization of work and the animation of the team,
The placing of orders.
You will be required to work staggered hours and weekends according to the organization of the store.
The position requires repeated handling actions.
Integration period, allowing you to understand the functioning of the company and to meet your collaborators, you evolve in a team dedicated to the entrusted departments
Possible evolution on a position of Department Manager.
