FIDEV Cameroon SA recruits 02 Account Manager

In the implementation of its market penetration strategy, FIDEV Cameroon opens a new Agency in Douala. We are therefore looking for an Account Manager to support the Agency in our market penetration strategy.
PRESENTATION OF THE POSITION
I. Objectives / Summary of the position
Under the authority of the Head of Agency:
- He is responsible for the commercial mission of the agency. More specifically, he is responsible for the growth in number and quality of the Agency’s portfolio
II. Responsibilities

- Lead projects and propose marketing actions, sales, and participate in communication to ensure customer satisfaction with economic development prospects for the company;
- Proceed to the opening of accounts;
- Ensures that account opening fees have actually been charged to the client;
- Update savings books;
- Process salary advance forms;
- Update client records;
- Monitor client portfolios (prospecting; monitoring and loyalty)
- Establish and sign the account opening and closing forms;
- Ensure the security of account opening operations;
- Archiving customer records;
- Study and analyze account certification requests and other miscellaneous customer requests;
- Manage portfolio concerns (complaints, complaints, etc.);
- Receive and analyze credit files;
- Assembly of loan agreement agreements and taking of guarantees;
- Maintain and update the register of guarantees deposited by customers;
- Archive and secure the guarantees deposited by customers;
- Follow up on reimbursements and debt collection;
- Establish customer follow-up letters;
- Prospect new Customers each month (transfers and sale of currencies, etc.);
- Prospect each month and open new accounts (employees, check, business current, savings);
- Participate in group surveys.
- Execute all other actions and tasks recommended by the hierarchy.
PROFILE
- Age / Gender: Not specified
Diploma / Level of study:
- Minimum BAC+3 level training
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in commerce/management or economics
- Good knowledge of commercial law
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of the financial sector
Competence and experiences
- Mastery of products sold in EMFs;
- Good computer skills;
- Sense of responsibility and organization;
- Good writing and communication skills;
- Good knowledge of office and management software
- Be bilingual (English/French)
