- Required experience: 07 —10 years minimum
- Languages: French, English and good command of the Foulfouldé dialect
Duties of the post:
Under the supervision of the Sales Director, the Regional Sales Manager ensures the application of the company’s commercial policy at the level of his region, identifies the distribution networks and puts in place the appropriate strategies to allow the increase in turnover, accompanies the supervisors in the field and monitors the results, ensures the various reports related to its activities, makes commercial proposals.
Decline strategic objectives into operational sales objectives in the work area; Develop the region’s commercial action plan; Ensure the development of sales in the work region; Analyze market trends and developments and implement appropriate actions.
