JOB DUTIES
- Welcome, filter and direct visitors, physical and telephone,
- Management of the CEO’s agenda and travel:
- Scheduling appointments according to priorities,
- Take notes and format all types of mail,
- Organize the filing and archiving of files,
- Plan and organize meetings and events: write minutes,
- Guarantee the efficient functioning of the activity of the general manager and contribute to the organization of internal life,
- Manage information (General Management contacts, databases, mailing lists, documentation, etc.) and facilitate access.
- Buy and manage the stock of office supplies,
- Ensure the cleanliness of the CEO’s office,
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- F between 22 and 35 years old,
- Min baccalaureate + 2/3 in management assistance, secretarial work,
- Min 02 years of successful experience in such a position
- Mastering the office suite (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Good physical presentation,
- Oriented
- Respect of deadlines,
- Available immediately,
