MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES
- Ensure the commercial development of its geographical sector
- Develop and implement a telephone and field prospecting schedule for the defined targets
- Develop new markets by prospecting new customers
- Propose voice offers and internet solutions, Orange Money and ICT to customers according to their needs
- Ensure the recruitment and development of direct sales partnerships for all channels in its geographical area
- Guide customers in the choice of their offers
- Ensure the smooth running of direct sales activities in his area of expertise
- Conduct customer visits
- Ensure the management of its client portfolio
- Maintain and update the customer files of his portfolio
- Ensure the reporting of its activity
- Provide a solution to customer complaints and disputes in consultation with the departments concerned,
- Make a daily report of its activity, Present to its hierarchy a monthly analytical report)
Qualifications
Standard training: BAC + 2/3 in Commerce, Management, Marketing
Minimum experience: 2 years in a predominantly commercial position
