ECOBANK CAMEROUN SA is recruiting for the needs of its services one (01) Senior Service Officer Ops – ATM/All Digital Products Reconciliation & Settlement based in Douala.

MISSION OF THE POSITION : The incumbent will have the following main missions:
- Ensure the daily reconciliation of all digital and ATM products,
- Identify and resolve all outstanding ATM accounts and all digital products
- Anticipate and process customer complaints relating to ATMs and digital products
- Provide general satisfaction to customers and partners
- Help improve the quality of the bank’s service
- Provide quality service to reduce customer complaints – Promptly resolve customer complaints
- Reduce or intercept acts of internal fraud
- Enable business continuity with cards by acting in time
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Apply standard group-wide policies and procedures regarding ATM and other digital products
- Write and update procedures relating to the reconciliation of ATMs and Digital Products
- Ensure that ATM complaints are handled in compliance with SLA & TAT.
- Initiate at the end of the daily reconciliations, the Booking Form / memo for the liquidation of ATM transactions
- Initiate daily reconciliation and settlement of Xpress Cash, MOMO, Orange money, MasterPass & mVisa QR transactions
- Perform daily reconciliations of agency banking transactions
- Perform daily reconciliation of digital product accounts in CLIREC
- Prompt investigation and response to customer complaints across agencies
- Ensure the onboarding of digital product accounts in CLIREC – Check and correct erroneous cash load/cash off load in CLIREC
- Respond and correct in compliance with SLAs, customer complaints on ATM & Digital transactions.
- Identify and follow daily the differences on Proof ATM for regularization.
- Ensure that ATM Proofs are updated and submitted on time.
- Follow up on the transmission of monthly Proofs of ATM accounts. PUBLIC PUBLIC
- Perform all other tasks defined by the SUPERIOR HIERARCHICAL hierarchy: Head Card Operations
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Higher education Bac + 3/4 preferably in finance, management, accounting, marketing or other related disciplines.
- Experience in the banking sector and particularly a good knowledge of digital products and electronic banking;
- Good knowledge of the regulations of finance and banking services in force.

- Good knowledge of the operation of Mastercard and Visa

- Bilingual French/English would be an asset
