We are looking for a talented Digital Media Coordinator to administer our social media accounts. In this position, you will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company’s image consistently to achieve our marketing goals. 

As a Social Media Manager, you will need to be up to date with the most relevant digital technologies and social media trends. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to express the opinions of our company creatively. Finally, you will be able to manage our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement. 

Responsibilities  

• Study audience preferences and discover new trends 
• Design and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives 
• Set specific goals and report on ROI 
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content every day (e.g. original texts, photos, videos and information) 
• Track SEO and web traffic metrics 
• Collaborate with other teams, marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency 
• Communicate with followers, respond to requests in a timely manner and track customer reviews 
• Oversee the design of social media accounts (e.g. Facebook timeline, profile pictures and bldg layout} 
• Suggest and implement new features to build brand awareness, such as promotions and competition 
• Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications. 

Skills  

• • Proven professional experience as a social media manager of at least 01 year
  • Hands-on content management experience
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (texts, images and videos)
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and google analytics

• Knowledge of web design channels
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Minimum Bac+2 in marketing or a related field
