MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES
- Manage a portfolio of existing key accounts
- Meet regularly with the managers of client companies in order to detect business opportunities and ensure the satisfaction of client needs
- Learn about structural developments in client companies, in order to encourage placements of new lines
- Propose customer loyalty actions to its hierarchy
- Work in synergy with the Corporate Sales Manager and Business Development for value-added solutions
- Prospect new customers of large corporate accounts
- Learn about structural developments in the market, in order to detect companies (customers or prospects) likely to become key accounts
- Prepare, in conjunction with the General Secretariat, commercial contracts specific to Key Accounts
- Establish contacts at high hierarchical levels (General Management, Finance and Sales) in order to convince decision-makers to make large purchase volumes
- Inform your hierarchy of internal development projects in companies
- Ensure reporting of its activity
- Submit a weekly action plan to his hierarchy
- Provide periodic reporting to hierarchy
Qualifications
Standard training: BAC + 3 in commercial action or management
Minimum experience: 3 years in the commercial field
