Job Purpose:
Work with Advertising Manager in the field execution of validated Communication Campaigns across national territory
Operational Delivery:
• Ensure timely production, deployment and display of all communications material as per Communication objectives & plan
• Assist advertising agency, productions houses, Web Masters on the development and production of traditional and digital media material (TV, Radio, Website)
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside the organization in order to provide alternative print executions, for tactical campaigns (promotions, special offers)
• Prepare and execute Communication Brief to all external (Advertising, Media Agency)
• Follow-up delivery, inventory, dispatching of Advertising Material across regions and provide monthly related status report
• Manage and evaluate external agencies communication execution and customer experience (campaign message understanding and recall)
• Monitor and analyse Brand awareness and affinity score, get Campaigns feed-back among customers to provide insight and guidance to Advertising Manager
• Develop and deploy advertising /campaign material for internal communication
• Develop new and creative channels in line with Campaigns objectives and Customer target profile / behaviour (customers daily routines)
• Monitor and Challenge Media buying agency’s media placement propositions and provide cost effective recommendations
• Develop communications campaigns placement and exposure on Digital platforms: SMS, Notifications, IVR, Service centers screens…..
• Monitor media buying expenses/budget and ensure annual savings
• Follow-up tracking agency and provide report on executed media activity vs targets and vs competition (share of voice, brand visibility,…)
• Recommend, plan and execute media leveraging of key BTL and Sponsorship initiatives
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside the organization in order to provide free publicity as much as possible (PR)
• Communicate key Media airing milestones to internal stakeholders: Corporate Communication, Service Center, Staff
• Analyse Media tracker report and provide insight & guidance to Media Manager
• Be the internal interface for all commercial related media solicitations and for external media suppliers (outdoor, TV, Radio, Press)
• Manage and evaluate external media buying /tracking agencies execution as per Contracts
Staff Leadership and Management:
• Ability to work in a team
• Responsible for self-learning and development with guidance from the Manager
• Accountable for meeting and prioritising own targets / deadlines
• Provide information to the Manager on work accomplishments, individual / team challenges
• Lead team meetings and contribute on specialist / technical areas when required
• Review performance metric dashboards prepared on various performance metrics.
Education: • Minimum of 3-year degree/diploma in Marketing, Communication or Management
• Fluent in English and French
Experience:
• At least 2 years communication strategy, copy writing and advertising development, media planning
• At least 2 years in managing relationship and executing communication campaigns with suppliers (Printers, Production houses, Media)
• Good experience in Telecoms – CSM/Fixed line/Internet and Data business
• Good experience in point of sales communication
• Experience of /exposure to on-line Advertising
