JOB DESCRIPTION :
Placed under the supervision of the Administrative and Pedagogical Manager, the Compliance Officer should ensure the compliance of all operations carried out as part of the organization’s activities. The essential tasks for this position will consist of:
PLANNING AND COORDINATION OF THE COMPLIANCE REVIEW PROCEDURE:
- Systematically evaluate and control the processes of administrative writing, offers and suggest ideas for improvement,
- Perform ad hoc compliance checks;
- Assist the technical team of training projects in the planning of activities;
- Verify that project resources are properly listed, inventoried, marked and documented;
- Support the training teams in the planning and conduct of training, certifications and the monitoring of certifying classes in accordance with the provisions of the organization.
- Organize and coordinate reporting, monitoring and prevention tools for the compliance system;
- Develop standards disseminated to all employees in the field of compliance/ethics
- Anticipate any initiative likely to guarantee the proper execution of compliance tasks;
- Provide technical assistance to direct collaborators;
- Ensure a good image of the organization with partners;
- Demonstrate a professional commitment in all tasks related to the function;
- Perform all other tasks related to the activities assigned to him by the hierarchy.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Diploma: Bac +3 in modern letters, Administrative management;
- Excellent presentation and verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with administrative policies and procedures
- Demonstrated self-management (motivation, handling pressure, adaptability) and ability to project a professional and consistent image of confidence, integrity and competence.
- Mastery of the oral and written French language and professional knowledge of English (an asset)
- Mastery of computer tools is an excellent asset;
