Lafinesse Immigration Consulting is recruiting for the needs of its services 01 Community Manager

Job Description.

The Community Manager’s tasks and missions will be updating our social media pages, responding to followers and tracking user engagement. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent web content writing skills and experience advertising on multiple social networks.
Ultimately, you will ensure that you maintain a strong online voice and brand consistent with our marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

    • Write, edit and publish engaging articles for various social networks including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
    • Optimize social media messages (language, tone, message) based on the behaviors of our target audience
    • Select attractive images and videos to complement the text
    • Updating our social media pages with relevant company info

  • Coordinating with internal teams to create advertising messages (e.g. for events, open roles and product releases)
  • Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rate)
  • Apply advertising techniques to boost brand awareness, such as promotions and contests
  • Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner

Eligibility

  • Be between 21 and 27 years old
  • Be disciplined 
  • Be able to work under pressure 
  • Be able to work in a team 
  • Be available 
  • Have a background in community management or digital marketing
