Position offered: Community Manager

We are based in Yaoundé (Breeder) and specialized in IT services and solutions. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Community Manager whose role will be to ensure the presence of the company on social networks. The candidate must have oral and written communication skills and must be able to develop engaging content.

Conditions to be fulfilled

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement social media and communication campaigns (marketing strategies);
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts;
  • Respond to customer feedback and inquiries in a timely manner;
  • Monitor and report online comments and reviews;
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and build brand awareness;
  • Coordinate all marketing, public relations and communication to ensure brand consistency;
  • Define, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies;
  • Stay up to date with digital technology trends;
  • Manage social media campaigns for various social media platforms to align with marketing strategies;
  • Publish content that respects the communication style of the brand;
  • Implement social media strategies to increase followers;

Requirements and skills

  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (eg, repeat event attendance);
  • Excellent verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent writing skills;
  • -on experience in social media management for brands;
  • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics;
  • of online marketing and marketing channels;
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving and ability to multi-task.

Profile wanted

  • Highly motivated, curious, spirit of sharing and teamwork;
  • Excellent knowledge of the subjects that animate the community;
  • Mastery of communication media: professional or non-professional social networks (linkedin, instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), as well as social network management tools (Hootsuite, loomly, hubspot, etc.).
