MAIN MISSIONS

  • Assist the hierarchy in the development of online marketing and sales strategies
  • Competitive, commercial, e-reputation monitoring
  • Content production (editorial, photo, video, sound)
  • Animation of the different communities: Planning of publications (content), Contests, Info, Promotions, interaction with its members (answers to questions, creation of exchanges)
  • Increase the digital presence and increase the visibility of the company on the web
  • Relay all promotional offers and all activities on digital platforms
  • Track stats by analyzing user performance and engagement
  • Regularly produce activity reports
  • Moderate the different pages of social networks (ex: Comments, Tweets, Private messages, social media advertising) in order to create commitment,
  • A watch on its sector of activity, taking into account the trends of digital marketing and the study of the competition
  • Participate in the development of the company’s turnover
  • Creation, monitoring and optimization of advertising and promotional campaigns via social networks (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Management of paid referencing campaigns (SEA) on Google and social networks, Webmastering
  • Participation in the development of a social media campaign

JOB PROFILE

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Be perfectly bilingual
  • Bac+3 minimum in Digital Marketing or any equivalent training
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Community Manager
  • Excellent knowledge of computers and social networks
  • Be of good character

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Possess strong writing skills
  • Possess public speaking skills (public speaking)
  • Have knowledge of techniques related to digital and/traditional communication
  • Knowing how to use software such as Photoshop and Publisher would be an asset
  • Mastery of webmarketing tools (GOOGLE Analytics, GOOGLE Adwords, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of negotiation and sales techniques
