The company NGM CONSULTING SARL (marketing firm) is recruiting 05 commercial services for its services.
Under the authority of the CEO , your role will be:
Business development :
Ø Identify prospects and implement the necessary actions to convert them into customers;
Ø Develop, retain and monitor a client portfolio in compliance with the administrative and commercial procedures in force in the company.
Customer relationship management :
Ø Analyze the situations of your customers and create effective relationships in order to retain them;
Ø Provide quality service to your customers in order to satisfy and retain them;
Ø Maintain permanent communication between the company’s operational staff and customers to monitor and ensure compliance with contractual commitments;
Ø Ensure the commercial follow-up of the contracts and ensure that the commitments made are respected.
Ø Ensure commercial reporting (daily, weekly and monthly) to the general management.
To join us, you must have:
Ø A higher education of minimum BAC+2 level in commerce, sales, commercial actions, communication, marketing or any other similar field;
Ø Professional experience of at least one (01) year as a salesperson;
Ø An age between 23 and 35 years old;
Ø Good ability to listen, analyze, propose solutions and create/maintain partnership relations;
Ø The meaning of the customer relationship, negotiation and adaptation of the service offer;
Ø The rigor in the production of the results assigned to you;
Ø The sense of punctuality;
Ø Good reporting capabilities;
Ø Good oral expression in French and English.
