MAIN MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES
- Process customer requests from the IS Commercial & Corporate scope
- Provide support to users
- Manage access
- Resolve customer complaints
- Ensure the availability of applications in the perimeter
- Ensure the operation and maintenance of applications
- Perform monitoring and ensure the high availability of the platform
- Manage incidents with the support of different media
- Produce regular activity reports
Education : BAC + 2/3 in the field of electronics or IT
Minimum experience: 1 to 2 years in the operation of IT or telecommunications systems .
