General terms of reference

Reporting to the Marketing Director, this position serves as a member of the leadership team and an active participant in making strategic decisions affecting Prima Finance and Investment (PFI). A marketer, or marketing professional, is responsible for working with other marketing personnel to develop unique campaign ideas to market Prima’s products, services, or overall brand identity. Their duties include conducting market research to identify target audience demographics or reviewing successful marketing campaigns, working as a team to complete tasks within set deadlines, and making adjustments throughout campaigns. marketing to achieve better consumer engagement.

As a Marketing Specialist, you are intimately involved in the entire sales and product cycle, from identifying and engaging key customers and setting up sales presentations to contract negotiations. Your perseverance and trust-based style are key to closing large deals at the C-Suite level. You engage third-party resources that provide unique contacts and context for certain strategic partnerships.

Main Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Identify new prospects
  • Set up a national and international customer database
  • prospecting by email, telephone, in commercial affairs
  • Create and animate a commercial presentation
  • Animate and lead the sales force
  • Meet with customers to ensure commercial follow-up
  • Carry out a commercial watch on its sector
  • Evaluate and identify the actions to be taken according to each client
  • Produce a regular activity report (weekly and monthly)
  • Ensure receipt of invoices and payment from customers
  • Have an excellent knowledge of the products and services offered by prima, the competitive environment, market constraints and customers.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business management or related
  • 2 years and/or proven work experience in marketing and/or digital marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of market research techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media and web analytics
  • Solid understanding of research techniques
  • Good command of sales techniques

Effective writing, speaking, presentation and active listening skills

Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, clients and customers as appropriate
