Main mission :

  • Develop and consolidate the portfolio of GE and MULTINATIONALE clients both in terms of leasing and factoring
  • Promote factoring
  • Ensure optimal management of the risk and profitability of its portfolio
  • Develop and strengthen customer satisfaction

Detailed tasks:

  • Develop and consolidate the client portfolio:
  • In close collaboration with the Sales Department, identify and determine the segment of customers belonging to the portfolio in charge
  • Define and implement prospecting plans with periodic monitoring and reporting
  • Assemble financing requests accompanied by a complete financial and risk analysis
  • Prioritize commercial actions according to the annual objectives set and in compliance with the Group’s internal rules
  • Ensure competitive intelligence in the sectors within its portfolio
  • Develop and consolidate relationships with Alios Finance partners (dealers, specifiers and COFACE)
  • Establish the reports and periodic activity reports required by the Sales Department of the Professional Division (Branch Manager) or of the Group
  • Ensure optimal management of the risk and profitability of its portfolio:
  • According to the Group’s credit policy, ensure controlled risk management
  • Ensure optimal management of portfolio profitability
  • Ensure active monitoring of economic sectors linked to the client portfolio by integrating any economic or structural risks: in close collaboration with the Sales Department, formalize this monitoring through reports.
  • Develop and strengthen customer satisfaction:
  • Pay particular attention to the quality of the customer relationship by respecting the fundamental commercial values ​​of Alios Finance
  • Actively participate with the Sales Department in the proposal and implementation of communication actions towards customers
  • Periodically report to management on any information relating to customer satisfaction

Required Skills :

  • Holder of a bac+4 minimum in commercial management or corporate finance.
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a salesperson or credit analyst in a banking establishment or financial institution
  • Have a perfect mastery of factoring with proven expertise of at least 3 years and knowledge of the leasing business
  • Being bilingual French-English would be a plus
