What you can expect from the mission:

As Business Development you will participate in the operationalization and monitoring of initiatives related to revenue growth within our Business Units.

You will intervene in a non-exhaustive way on the following activities as follows:

  • Enable the different Business Units to operationalize revenue growth initiatives.
  • Ensure the follow-up and development of initiatives and their implementation
  • Measure the performance of commercial initiatives
  • Collaborate with the various stakeholders involved in the commercial functions in order to identify new growth opportunities and implement initiatives accordingly
  • Review all growth initiatives for overlaps
  • Analyze ongoing growth initiatives in terms of feasibility and potential economic impact

What we expect from you:

  • You hold a Bac + 5 diploma in commercial management and/or marketing
  • You have at least five (05) years of experience in a similar position in a major structure or institution;
  • You have a good command of the IT tools of the MS Office suite and data analysis tools (Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, …);
  • A good knowledge of the Salesforce CRM tool would be an asset;
  • You have a good level of English, both written and spoken;
  • Finally, your sense of responsibility, your proactivity, your curiosity, your rigor, your interpersonal skills and your discretion will be the key qualities for your success in this position.
