ACTIVITIES
– Welcome and advise customers on the products offered for sale
– Perform Orange Money and MTN Mobile money transactions
– Carry out refills and Canal + subscription
– Follow up and build customer loyalty
– Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the shop
– Provide competitive intelligence
SKILLS
- Mastering sales techniques
- Anticipate anomalies related to cash management
- Have a good sense of relationship
- Be vigilant in cash flow management
- Demonstrate rigor in the application of procedures
