ASSIGNMENTS
- Training of bank branch staff in your network
- Emulation of the sales force to the multi-equipment of their portfolio in bancassurance products
- Assistance and coaching of the sales force during prospecting with banking customers
- Commercial animation necessary for sales challenges and new product launches
- Reporting of the production of bank branch sales representatives. Support for complaints and various requests from customers.
- Competitive intelligence through the detection and counter – offensive of offers from third-party companies in their agency networks
- Implementation and execution of all other related activities at the request of the Bancassurance Department
PROFILE
- Minimum Bac + 3 training (in commerce and sales will be an asset)
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good presentation
- High sense of communication and relationship
- Good negotiation and sales skills
- Be proactive, reactive, rigorous and disciplined Good sense of organization and methodical.
- Disposition to mobility
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of office tools, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- An experience of at least 2 years in the insurance sector will be an undeniable asset Bilingualism F / A will be a plus
