The Pasteur Center of Cameroon (CPC) is recruiting for service needs one (01) Medical Analysis Laboratory Technician.

Position: Analysis Laboratory Technician
Status: Category 9/A, full-time, fixed-term contract for two (02) years, including a trial period of 3 months. Location: Pasteur Center of Cameroon (CPC) – Yaoundé.
 Work environment: The Center Pasteur du Cameroun medical analysis laboratory is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Medical analyzes are carried out according to the requirements of the ISO 15) 89 standard. All laboratory analysis activities are computerized, from the recording of requests to the validation of results, and the majority of analyzes are automated. These activities are carried out within the departments of . Pathological Anatomy and Cytology, Bacteriology-Mycology-Parasitology, Biochemistry, Hematology, Mycobacteriology, Serology and Virology.
Main activities of the Medical Analysis Technician:
     Carry out medical analyzes and technical validation within the time limits compatible with the care of patients and according to the operating methods,
         Ensure the user maintenance of laboratory equipment,
         Ensure the management of stocks of reagents and consumables,
     Take biological samples
         Ensure traceability by filling out and archiving forms, sheets of benches, etc.,
Profile sought: Polyvalent medical analysis technician; Hold a medical analysis technician diploma,
         Having experience is an asset,
     Have knowledge of good laboratory practices, including hygiene and safety. Master the Microsoft Office package and the use of the Internet.

Required qualities:
  Ability to work in a team and to be very responsive, dynamic, meticulous, and rigorous in the work, sense of human relations, diplomacy and self-control, diligence, punctuality and availability, Sense of service, honesty, discretion and rigor .
