LGL Transport Cameroon is recruiting an Administrative Agent 


You are responsible for driving the administrative policy of the company, being a source of proposals, and managing all the administrative activities of the company. Specifically, you are responsible 


  • Invoicing and office automation.
  •  File follow-up.
  •  Telephone reception and call redirection to the right contacts.
  •  Mail management.
  •  Collection and filing of administrative documents.
  •  Preparation of contracts.
  •  Legal security of the acts and procedures developed by LGL in order to be able to control the risk of litigation.


  • Experience 1 to 2 years in a similar position;
  • Bilingual French/English, German is a plus;
  • Training: Bac+3 minimum in administrative management, accounting or equivalent required; 
  • International transport regulations;
  • Sense of involvement and sense of priorities;
  • Good writing skills and ability to convince;
  • Mastery of the pack Office ;
  • Qualification: qualified employee;

Place of work: Yaoundé-Cameroon ;

Weekly working time: 40 hours;

Sector of activity: Transport of goods.

You are rigorous, organized, versatile, convincing and have good interpersonal skills. In addition, you know how to work independently, reactive and have a good spirit of synthesis. You must be able to integrate quickly into a work team;
