ASSIGNMENTS
You are responsible for driving the administrative policy of the company, being a source of proposals, and managing all the administrative activities of the company. Specifically, you are responsible
Administrative
- Invoicing and office automation.
- File follow-up.
- Telephone reception and call redirection to the right contacts.
- Mail management.
- Collection and filing of administrative documents.
- Preparation of contracts.
- Legal security of the acts and procedures developed by LGL in order to be able to control the risk of litigation.
PROFILE
- Experience 1 to 2 years in a similar position;
- Bilingual French/English, German is a plus;
- Training: Bac+3 minimum in administrative management, accounting or equivalent required;
- International transport regulations;
- Sense of involvement and sense of priorities;
- Good writing skills and ability to convince;
- Mastery of the pack Office ;
- Qualification: qualified employee;
Place of work: Yaoundé-Cameroon ;
Weekly working time: 40 hours;
Sector of activity: Transport of goods.
You are rigorous, organized, versatile, convincing and have good interpersonal skills. In addition, you know how to work independently, reactive and have a good spirit of synthesis. You must be able to integrate quickly into a work team;
