The Job
Reporting to the Administrative Manager, the successful applicant will be, among other key aspects, responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the Administrative Manager and the Principal
- Receiving payment request and ensuring complete documentation to support payments
- Providing administrative support to programs and internal processes for events and workshops in the school
- Filing, data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete administration records
- Processing and recording of all approved expenses
- Handling confidential information with honesty and integrity
- Procurement of goods and services against approved purchase orders
- Creating and documenting staff meeting minutes
- Performing other related functions as requested
The Person
The ideal applicant should possess the following minimum qualifications and attributes:
- At least 2 years working experience in administration or related field
- Business administration qualification
- Sound knowledge of Management Information Systems, proficiency with computers
- High level of accuracy, efficiency and responsibility
- Basic understanding of English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of accounting will be an added advantage
