ASSIGNMENTS
You are under the responsibility of the Managing Director:
- Welcome and inform other employees
- Write letters and other documents
- Classify and archive documents
- Managing the General Manager’s agenda
- Organize meetings, symposiums and rallies
- Inform and guide users and staff
PROFILE
- Experience of 05 years minimum in a similar position;
- Bilingual French/English;
- Training: Bac+5 in Executive Secretariat or equivalent required;
- Good presentation, good interpersonal skills;
- Good writing skills;
- Very good knowledge of office techniques
- Excellent oral expression and
- Mastery of the pack Office ;
- You are rigorous, organized, versatile, convincing and have good interpersonal skills. In addition, you know how to work independently, reactive and have a good spirit of synthesis.
- You must be able to integrate quickly into a work team;
Qualification: qualified employee;
Place of work: Yaoundé-Cameroon;
Weekly working time: 40 hours;
Sector of activity: Transport of goods.
