An administrative assistant (Douala location)
Duties:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing administrative flows, process, classify, archive and make available to the manager.
Your missions will consist of:
- Welcome visitors, customers, suppliers, direct them, note messages and schedule appointments,
- Sort, distribute, postage, register mail and take care of the management of electronic messages,
- Write and format documents, forward them and store them,
- Organize travel for team members or the manager,
- Check the stock status, assess supply needs and define orders to be placed,
- Update structure activity monitoring data (dashboards, results tables, etc.),
- Drafting and formatting legal documents (contracts, minutes, etc.),
- Maybe lead to coordinate the tasks of an administrative team,
- Manage any other task entrusted by the hierarchy and in line with the skills related to the position.
Profiles Wanted:
- Hold a BAC + 2 Human Resources, executive secretary, communication or any other equivalent diploma;
- Have a minimum experience of one (01) year in the administrative field;
- Have a sense of confidentiality and rigor;
- Have a sense of organization;
- Know how to communicate ;
- Good general culture;
- Vocal fluency;
- Punctual attendance ;
- Sense of customer service;
- Reactivity ;
- State of mind allowing teamwork;
- Have a sense of ethics and honesty;
- Great flexibility;
- Respect for hierarchy and procedures.
