Net Clean Sarl is currently looking for an Administrative and Financial Assistant
Country: Cameroon
Place of employment: Yaoundé, main position at the head office at Omnisport with intervention at the Biyemassi agency.

Net Clean Sarl is a newly established company in Yaoundé. We operate in the areas of Laundry and Dry Cleaning. We have two agencies located in Yaoundé. We are currently looking for an Administrative and Financial Assistant. The incumbent reports to the Director General in charge of Administration.

General objective:

Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Administrative and Financial Assistant is responsible for managing the administrative and financial operations of the company. She/he also ensures working relations with the staff of the various agencies for the proper execution of financial and administrative operations in compliance with the procedures in force. Its main tasks are:

Financial management :

  • Actively assist in the development of the annual operating budget and the budgets of the various activities related to the company.
  • Analyze and monitor all company expenses on a monthly basis.
  • Analyze and monitor the company’s turnover on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure the follow-up of the recording of financial transactions and invoicing in the company’s software.

Cash management and monitoring.

  • Prepare and track all payment records.
  • Monitor the implementation of the prepared budget.
  • Undertake budget revisions when necessary.
  • Verification of the availability of funds. 
  • Ensure that all necessary approvals have been obtained prior to any disbursement.
  • Prepare payment requests for all invoices.
  • Develop and monitor the annual purchasing plan.
  • Monitor goods and services procurement records.
  • Contribute to the development of budget planning reports and financial reports.
  • Perform pre-accounting in the software.
  • Work closely with the Accountant in the execution of all necessary tasks.
  • Maintain and file files relating to administrative and financial documents in a confidential manner.
  • Ensure the archiving of administrative and accounting documents.

Administrative management :

  • Prepare and draft correspondence relating to current affairs and ensure their transmission to their recipients after validation by the General Manager.
  • Write the reports of the weekly coordination meetings and with all the staff. 
  • Make sure that all participants have received the minutes and file a copy.
  • Ensure the archiving and filing of files and working documents, including electronic ones.
  • Save, digitize, archive received and sent documents, reports and all company documents.
  • Update supplier and partner contact list.
  • Monitor building maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Produce a monthly administrative report.

Logistics management :

  • Manage the inventory control system for supplies, consumables and goods.
  • Ensure that all materials, tools and supplies to be used are provided.
  • Ensure the proper management and maintenance of all equipment made available to the staff.
  • Ensure that all expressed needs are forwarded to the General Manager.
  • Ensure the supply of supplies, consumables, and other equipment. Ensure that all deliveries are made in a timely manner.
  • Search and update of the supplier file.
  • Maintain monthly inventory.
  • Develop a monthly logistics report.

Staff administration management:

  • Organize and animate in collaboration with the General Manager, the weekly staff meetings.
  • Management and follow-up with the General Manager of the recruitment of new staff, consultants and temporary staff.
  • Maintain and file personnel files.

Management of monthly staff leave reports.

  • Prepare and ensure the administrative process of all documents required for staff leave.
  • Ability to read and understand documents and instructions in English and French.
  • Follow up on payroll with the accountant.
  • Evaluation of personnel under his supervision.
  • Briefing to newcomers within the company and support for their integration.
  • Do any other tasks requested in this context by his supervisor.

  • Good knowledge of computer tools: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Zoom and Internet.
  • Experience in inventory management.
