Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
  • The accounting secretary is attached to the general management of the company
  • She performs the versatile tasks of assistant for the general management and the various departments.
  • It also provides administrative and logistical management.
  • The accounting secretary is hierarchically attached to the general management
ASSIGNMENTS
  • Perform and record administrative and accounting operations
  • The classic management of the secretariat (mails, emails, telephone, filing)
  • Physical reception of visitors and telephone reception for the Appointment booking service
  • Prepare tax and social declarations
  • Carry out debt collection and payment follow-up operations
  • Carry out customer follow-ups
  • Carry out research and classify documents related to the activity of the structure or service and archive them
  • Organize meetings (Managers)
  • Receive and process incoming and outgoing mail
  • The proper management of the activities necessary for the proper functioning of the secretariat and other services of the company
  • According to general accounting rules
  • Save entries
  • Follow the cash
  • To invoice
  • Realization of accounting summary documents
  • The design of tools for monitoring the activity of the structure
Skills / Requirements / Qualities
  • The candidate must hold at least a BTS, Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent diploma
  • Have a professional experience of at least 2 years in a similar position
  • English and German is an asset
  • Have basic marketing skills
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication techniques
  • General knowledge of administrative and secretarial management techniques
  • Mastery of WORD, Excel POWERPOINT, and messaging tools
  • Knowledge of accounting software
  • Use of collaborative tools (shared planning, web conference, social network, etc.)
  • Tax knowledge
