MISSION OF THE JOB
You will carry out the accounting operations defined in accordance with the internal procedures, and will ensure the production of the required accounting statements, in compliance with the regulations in force, relying on the activities below, namely:
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Accounting activity management
- Participate in the work of recordings, imputation, accounting reconciliation
- Record transactions on the dedicated computer system
- Respect the tax and legal standards that govern accounting
- Enter accounting documents with a minimal error rate
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Holding the box
- Enter cash payments and or direct payments from customers in the various bank accounts
- Ensure the good maintenance of the main fund
- Stop the secondary cash register daily after checking it
- Ensure the backup of cash from the secondary fund for the main fund
- Payment management
- Credit customer accounts for which payments were made in cash
- Enter customer payment receipts and expense documents
- Update the check remittance table
- Make the daily entry of all recorded receipts
- Establish in due time checks for payment of invoices
Others
- Ensure the daily filing of all accounting documents
- Take inventory of the supply stick
- Monitor and analyze process efficiency indicators and propose necessary modifications
- Identify and analyze the risks / dysfunctions associated with its activity
- Archiving accounting documents
- Make sure the accounts are lettered
- Produce the requested accounting statements on time
- Provide the necessary reporting statements related to the activity on time

KNOW:
- Strong analytical skills (ability to extract, compile and analyze data)

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB
Professional experience: 2 years minimum as an accountant, or in the field of accounting or another related field, preferably in the private pharmaceutical sector.
Academic training: BAC/DUT (Technical University Diploma) in Accounting and Management
