Missions / Responsibilities:
Placed under the responsibility of the Customer Service Supervisor, the responsible customer service will have the main missions of:
Creating, managing, developing and securing the loyalty of a customer portfolio;
Equip customers according to defined objectives;
Implement strategies to boost the revenue generated by the client portfolio;
Set up the credit files of customers under his responsibility;
Monitor the repayment of loans granted.
Profil / Profile:
Required profile:
Level of study: BAC + 3 in management sciences or social sciences.
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in an activity related to customer relationship management.
