DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Placed under the responsibility of the Customer Service Supervisor, the customer service manager will have the main missions of: Creating, managing, developing and retaining a customer portfolio
- Equip customers according to defined objectives by selling them products, financial services and bancassurance products according to their professional and personal needs;
- Implement strategies to boost the revenue generated by the client portfolio;
- Set up the credit files of customers under his responsibility;
- Monitor the repayment of loans granted;
- Participate in other tasks resulting from the organization and development of the agency according to the needs expressed by the management.
Profile
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALITIES :
- Good ability to listen, analyze and synthesize;
- Good customer relationship management skills;
- Good commercial skills;
- Knowledge of the credit activity;
- Dynamism / Sense of teamwork / Rigor / Spirit of synthesis;
- Mental math skills.
- Good knowledge of business accounting and financial analysis;
- Good knowledge of risk management, in particular credit risk;
- Skills and motivation for field work;
- Master the French language.
- A good knowledge of English or Fulbe is an asset;
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
- Level of studies: BAC + 3 minimum in management sciences or social sciences
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar position, experience in banking or microfinance would be an asset
- Mastery of the pack Office
