OBJECTIVE AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE JOB:
In addition to collecting, controlling and accounting for all the documents (commercial, social, tax) essential for keeping the company’s accounts, he must prepare summary documents, such as the income statement and the balance sheets.
DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES:

- Entry of daily accounting operations (entry and control of invoices, bookkeeping of purchases and sales, bank reconciliation)
- Payslips and tax and social declarations
- Calculation of travel expenses and professional reimbursements of company employees
- Accounting balance
- Management of supplier and customer accounts Monitoring of stocks and administrative mail of the company Other tasks of seizures and controls
REQUIRED QUALITIES :
- Writing and interpersonal skills Sense of organization and rigor
- Very good computer skills
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Probation period salary 2 months maximum
- Salary from the 3rd month
- New increase possible after one year of seniority
- Paid leave offered per year
- 2 automatic bonuses per year (Christmas and Labor Day)
- 1 individual bonus per year linked to your professional performance
- Days and hours of work: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Minimum diploma: required Bac + 4 (Accounting)
