The Société des cereals du Cameroun, a subsidiary of the KADJI group specializing in the production of cereal-based flour, is researching within the framework of improving its coverage and market control three (3) Sales Supervisors for the Littoral, the North and the Far North.

Required diploma: Bac+3/4 in Marketing/Commercial action/Sales and Driving license
Experience required: 03-5 years minimum
Languages: French and English
Missions of the position: Under the supervision of the regional and the Commercial Director, the Sales Supervisor coordinates sales activities, takes orders. He guarantees the performance of his work area, plans and organizes the work.
Activities:
Supervises and coordinates sales
     Distributes and follows the sales objectives assigned to him by customer
         Multiplies prospecting and tests in order to recruit new customers
Ensures the development of sales and the brand in the work area
Collects orders for its customers, sends them to the Commercial Secretary and ensures the follow-up of deliveries
     Ensures the follow-up of its customers’ accounts and the respect of the exchanges of payment of the invoices
  Implements on the ground the communication and promotion strategy in collaboration with the CME and the regional,
     Ensures the competitive watch: price, promotional offer, field deployment, etc…
     Conducts satisfaction surveys and proposes improvements
     Draws up a daily regional and weekly report to the Sales Director
