02 BRAND MANAGER (MARKETING):
Duties:
- Develop marketing strategies for the brands in its portfolio
- Develop marketing plans for brands and products in its portfolio
- Conduct Campaign Evaluation Studies
- Carry out studies to measure the health/CDF of the brands in its portfolio
- Monitor sales, develop and implement sales plans in collaboration with sellers
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns for the sale of products
- Train the sales force on products / sales campaigns and promotions,
- Set specific objectives/campaigns/products
- Visit customers with sales representatives to close sales and collect feedback on service and products
- Train destockers and indirect sellers on distribution and the challenges of the category
- Measure Digital Distribution, Merchandising and Display in Points of Sale
- Realize the value chain of its products and competitors and submit price proposals.
- Implement price promotions to thwart competitors, improve market share or increase sales
- Determine the margin on variable costs of its products and its category, analyze the evolution and propose and implement adjustment mechanisms
- Carry out quality surveys of its products and those of competitors
- Control and take actions to ensure the availability of stocks of its products.
- Update the communication tools according to the adopted Brands books (Website, Packaging, Business Card, etc.)
Profile required:
- Be between 25-35 years old
- Have minimum Bac +3
- Good economic and financial culture
- Spirit of synthesis and analysis
- Fluency in English would be an advantage
