The firm SUCCESS CONSULTS , recruits for one of its customers, a communication agency and whose head office is in Douala 02  ATL / BTL / TTL. PROJECT ASSISTANTS.ES

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the authority of the Marketing Director, his main activities will be:

–        Assist the marketing manager in the design of ATL/BTL/TTL policies,

–        Manage relationships with advertising providers,

–        Manage operational teams (hostesses, commandos, etc.)

–        Manage operational marketing projects,

–        Coordinate the animations on point of sale,

–        Coordinate social media activities,

–        Write activity reports

–        Proceed to activity reporting

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Woman / Man  between 25 and 35 years old (female candidates encouraged),
• Bac+ 2/3 in Marketing, Sales or equivalent,
• At least 02 years of professional experience in an agency or marketing firm,
• 02 years of professional experience in ATL/BTL/TTL activities,
•  Very good knowledge of operational/street marketing and trade marketing,
• Successful experience in managing sales teams,
• Proven ability to design and implement ATL/BTL/TTL policies,
• Proven experience in managing client projects,
• Proven experience in trade and/or street marketing,
• Fluency in English will be an asset,
• High sense of responsibility,
• Creative, motivated, with a sense of teamwork and a job well done,
• Sense of service, rigorous and methodical
• Immediately available,
